Daniel Caine maintains practice areas in third party personal injury, automobile negligence claims, premises liability and products liability, as well as first party property damage claims.
Daniel is a 2001 graduate from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business, where he earned a degree in Business Marketing. He continued his studies and graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2004. During his time at Nova Southeastern, Daniel served as both the Online Editor and Executive Editor of the International Travel Law Journal.
Prior to coming to Stabinski Law, Daniel worked for a prominent Coral Gables defense firm, which has afforded him the unique perspective of both sides of the legal practice. This helps Daniel to develop case strategy and has given him an insight into opposing counsel's mindset, a tool which he draws on in everyday practice. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
