Beatriz Benitez maintains practice areas in personal injury and property damage claims. Mrs. Benitez has years of litigation experience in the area of first and third-party property litigation. Prior to working at the firm, Mrs. Benitez worked at well-known first-party property and personal injury firms and brings her knowledge and experience in her advocacy.
While attending Florida State University College of Law, Mrs. Benitez was selected to join the FSU Law Moot Court team, the Phi Alpha Delta Mock trial team, and the Business Law Review. She was also an active member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, Law School Division, the Cuban American Bar Association, the Women’s Law Symposium, and participated in the Children’s Advocacy Clinic. Mrs. Benitez is also fluent in Spanish.
In her free time, Mrs. Benitez enjoys the outdoors with her husband and dog, Lola.
