Todd is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer* whose areas of practice include personal injury, catastrophic injuries and damages, product liability, such as automobile and tire defects, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and consumer law. He has tried dozens of cases before juries and has obtained several jury verdicts of more than $1 million in both federal and state courts.

Born and raised in Dade County, Todd is the Managing Partner of Stabinski Law. He is a 1996 graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and a 1994 graduate of the University of Michigan, with a B.A. Degree.

He has a 10.0 “Superb” Avvo rating and is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, Dade County Bar Association, Cuban-American Bar Association, and a board member of the Florida Association for Insurance Reform.
